Pizza

 English:

The other day I thought it would be a good idea to make a homemade Italian dough pizza. And it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be.
In fact, it was amazing and I want to share this recipe with you.

1kl of bread flour
½ litre of warm water (reserve a little bit for dissolving the fresh yeast)
2 tablespoons of salt
50ml of olive oil
25gr of fresh yeast

Take a large bowl and place the flour in it. Make a hole in the centre of the bowl and add the yeast previously dissolved in water.

Beat slightly from the inside out to mix the flour.

Next, add the olive oil and the salt.

Mix well until the dough doesn’t stick to the wall of the bowl or when the mixture becomes moist and you can easily make a ball. Let the dough stand for 10 minutes.

Take the dough and place it on a floured countertop. Break, knead, twist and stretch the dough many times by hands. This process makes the dough more elastic and puffy. Knead for 10 minutes more until the dough doesn’t stick to your hands. Then, make a ball and place in a floured bowl.

Now, cover the dough with a cotton cloth. Let it stand for 1 hour.
It is ready to prepare if you press one finger on the dough and the dough returns to its original position.

Preheat the oven to 250ºC

Next, roll out the pastry with a rolling-pin ( I made 2 pizzas with the dough. You can freeze one dough before baking them) Take an oven tray and put a sheet of non-stick paper on the base.

Then, spoon on some tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese and place your desire toppings on the pizza. Drizzle with some oil on top.

Bake the pizza for 10 minutes.

Don’t forget to sprinkle it with oregano and basil.

A continuació, incorporar-hi l'oli d'oliva i la sal.

L’enfornarem durant 10 minuts.

No oblideu l’orenga i alfàbrega. ;))

Queda cruixent i....excel·lent.
