If you are going to have a dinner with your friends or
family…surprise them with these cookies!!!
3 eggs whites
100g of caster sugar
100g of flour
60 g of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
1 pinch of salt
Some fortunes on pieces of papers about 6cm x 1cm
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Take a tray and put a sheet of non-stick baking paper
on the base.
Write the fortune messages.
Now in a bowl, mix the flour, the melted margarine,
the teaspoon of vanilla and the pinch of salt. Combine well. Set aside.
Whisk the egg whites until foamy in a large glass
bowl. Add caster sugar gradually and continue to whisk until stiff peaks form.
Mix the dough with the eggs mixture. Stir carefully.
Now let the dough stands for 15 minutes.
Next, place tablespoons of the mixture on the oven
tray. Leave space between cookies because they will spread a little during the
cooking. It’s better if you cook them in pairs or bake just three. The mixture
should be very flat.
Bake them for 5 minutes or when the edge of the cookie
turns golden brown. Remove from the oven with a spatula.
When the cookie is still soft, place a fortune in the
centre of each cookie and fold it in half to make a semicircle and pinch the
edges together to seal.
Bend the corners up to each other and put the cookie
in small cup with the ends facing down.
And let them cool.
Instead of fortune messages, you can try with
challenges (like a gymkhana)

Si heu de tenir a un sopar amb els amics o família ... aquestes
galetes són com una sorpresa!!!
3 Clares d’ou
100gr de sucre en pols
100gr de farina
60gr de margarina
1 culleradeta de vainilla en pols
Un pols de sal
Alguns missatges de la fortunes en trossos de paper de
6cm x 1cm
Escalfeu el forn a 180ºC
En una safata hi posarem, un full de paper de forn
antiadherent.
Escriurem els missatges de fortuna.
En un bol barrejarem la farina, la margarina fosa, la culleradeta
de vainilla i el pols de sal. Ho barrejarem bé i ho reservarem.
En un bol batrem els ous quasi bé a punt de neu amb el
sucre en pols. Ara barrejarem la massa amb la barreja d'ous. Remenarem.
Ara deixa reposar la massa durant 15 minuts.
Després, amb una cullera sopera agafarem una cullerada de
la barreja i ho tirarem sobre la safata del forn, donant-li forma de cercle (ha
de fer de 8-10 cm de diàmetre). Deixarem
espai entre les galetesper si en fem més d’una a l’hora. Jo aconsello fer-les d’una
a una.
La posem al forn durant 5 minuts o la traiem quan veiem
que la vora de la galeta queda daurada. Ho retirarem del forn amb una espàtula.
Quan la galeta és encara calenta , hi posarem un missatge
en el centre de cada galeta i ho doblegarem per la meitat, donant-li forma de
semicercle i pressionarem les vores perquè quedi segellat.
Doblegarem una punta cap a l' altre i posarem la galeta dins
una tassa petita amb els extrems cap avall.
Deixarem que es refredi .
En lloc dels missatges de la fortuna, podeu posar proves
o ordres. (com una gimcana )
Aquestes galetes són molt divertides !!!
