Baked sweet potatoes - Moniatos al forn

This is a tasty and simple recipe!!! Quick and easy side dish!!!!

Some sweet potatoes

Salt, pepper and olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200ºC

Wash and dry the sweet potatoes.

Then pierce the sweet potatoes with a knife and wrap with aluminum foil.

Place them in a tray and bake them for 45 minutes or until they become soft and a smell sweet.

You can top them with oil, butter, herbs, salt or pepper.

Uns quants moniatos

Sal, pebre i oli d’oliva

Engegarem el forn a 200ºC

Rentarem i assecarem els moniatos.

Punxarem vàries vegades amb el ganivet al moniato perquè així es pugui coure més fàcilment per dintre. L’embolicarem amb paper d’alumini.

Els posarem en una safata a dins del forn durant 45 minuts o fins que veiem que ja estan tous i fan una olor dolça.

Un cop fets els podem amanir amb sal pebre i oli d’oliva.
