Oven roasted potatoes - Patates rostides al forn

A good option for Sunday dinner!!!

1 kl of potatoes

Salt, pepper

Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200ºC

Peel the potatoes, wash, dry and diced them.

Take a pot and fill it with water, when the water is hot put in the potatoes.

Add salt and let the potatoes boil for 3 minutes.

Once the time has passed, remove the potatoes from the pot. Drain them and put them in a tray, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Drizzle with some olive oil and baked them for 30 minutes or until they become golden.

Tasty and delicious!!!!

Escalfarem el forn a 200ºC

Pelarem les patates, les rentarem, les eixugarem i les tallarem a daus.

En una olla hi posarem aigua i sal. Quan l’aigua bulli hi tirarem les patates i les deixarem bullir durant 3 minuts. Les escorrerem i les posarem en una safata per anar al forn.

Hi tirarem sal, pebre i les regarem amb oli.

Ho posarem al forn durant 30 minuts o fins que veiem que ja estan daurades.

Saborós i deliciós!!!!!
