If we make fig jam we will enjoy their flavour longer.
Figs
A teaspoon of lemon juice
Wash the fruit.
Peel and mince the figs.
Put them in a large pot.
Add the sugar and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Stir until well mixed.
Then bring them to boil over a medium-high heat. Then
reduce the heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves and the figs
become soft.
Remove from the heat and put in jars.
For a delicious breakfast or tea-time!!! A Mediterranean touch!!!

quantitat de fruites ja hi comencen haver al mercat!!!! Si fem melmelada de
figa podrem gaudir del seu sabor durant més temps.

(la mateixa quantitat de sucre en volum que de fruita trossejada)

culleradeta de suc de llimona
Renta
la fruita.
Pela
i trosseja la fruita.
Ho
posarem al foc una mica fort i un cop bulli baixarem el foc i ho anirem
remenant de tant en tant. Fins que el sucre es dissolgui i la fruita quedi
tova.
Aleshores
ho treurem del foc i omplirem pots de vidre. Un cop fred ho guardarem a la
nevera.
La
podem utilitzar per esmorzar, berenar o cuinar. Un toc mediterrani al plat.
